Secretary Department  (SEC) 秘书部
秘书部是艺术团中提供关键支持的重要部门，是每次会议与活动的成功保障。负责艺术团各项工作会议的召开通知以及会议的记录。艺术团的官方邮件也由其撰写。此外，秘书部还负责艺术团活动所需教室、摊位的预定，各项资料的存档记录及网盘的管理。
The Secretary Department is a supportive department in the Art Troupe, guaranteeing the success of every meeting and activity. This department is in charge of the meetings’informing and recording, and the formal emails’writing and sending. In addition, it is fully responsible for the reservation of meeting rooms as well as the record and store of the resources of the Art Troupe.

Financial Department  (FD) 财务部
财务部是艺术团财务收支的总枢纽。负责行政部门日常支出费用、表演队资金、团内活动经费的申请、审核与报销，以及公共关系部拉到的赞助资金的管理与分配。财务部每学期末也承担着把本学期的财务工作总结汇报并归类存档的任务。
The Financial Department is crucial in controlling the financial balance of the Art Troupe. The main tasks include taking charge of the daily expenses; controlling fund of performing teams; applying, checking and reimbursing the budget of activities; and managing the sponsoring fund achieved by PR. This department will summarize and archive the financial works each semester.

Information Technology Department  (IT) 信息技术部
信息技术部是艺术团活动前期准备和后期制作的关键部门。负责艺术团各官方宣传平台的管理及信息发布。同时包揽海报等平面设计工作。另外，该部门还负责艺术团内各项活动的摄影、视频录制及后期制作，同时主管活动演出的灯音控。
The Information Technology Department is the key department for early-stage preparation and post production. IT department manages the release of the information on all the Art Troupe’s formal platforms. Meanwhile, the graphic design like poster is all made by this department. Then, it needs to provide support for each activity, including photo-taking, videoing, and lighting control.

Project Department  (PD) 活动项目部
活动项目部是艺术团的发动机。主要负责与艺术团相关的团内外、校内外各项目活动的申请、策划与组织工作，并参与引导同学们参加艺术团内或与其他组织社团联合举办的项目。同时，该部门还负责监督各项目的运作过程，确保项目顺利完成。
The Project Department works as an engine in the Art Troupe. This department is obligated to plan and manage all the activities which are related to the Art Troupe. PD also coordinates students and other organizations and societies to successfully arrange an activity. In addition, it plays a supervisory role to make sure every project can proceed smoothly.

Human Resources Department  (HR) 人力资源部
人力资源部是艺术团团内的调节剂。首先负责艺术团人员信息资料的汇总，以及各队日常问题和紧急事务的反馈处理。其次，该部门根据艺术团现有制度对行政部门、表演队以及团员个人进行审核并发放相应福利，或给予相应处罚。
The Human Resources Department is a coordinator in the Art Troupe. First, this department needs to collect each member’s personal information and keep in touch with them in case of the emergency incidents. Furthermore, rules and regulations of the Art Troupe will be used by this department to confirm the benefits or the penalty in the whole troupe.

Public Relations Department  (PR) 公共关系部
公共关系部承担了代表艺术团对外联络的重要工作。校内，其负责在活动中与其他各组织与社团进行沟通与联络。校外，则负责加强与宁波各大高校艺术类团体的联系，以及促成与政府企业间的合作。同时，该部门还致力于提高UNNC艺术团在宁波各高校中的地位。
The Public Relations Department is in charge of the communication job beyond the troupe. In the campus, its stuffs are obligated to keep in touch with other organizations and societies. Outside the campus, this department pursues cooperation with other universities, the local government and companies. It also aims to enhance the status of the Art Troupe among Ningbo universities.
